The majority of our properties require a damage deposit to be paid on arrival which is refunded back to you within 7 days of your departure. No animals or smoking is allowed in any of our properties although smoking is allowed on the outside terraces/balconies. If a Welcome pack / party pack is required this needs to be ordered at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive. The walk into the centre of Cala Dor is enjoyable due to the restaurants, bars and shops all the way there.
